Name and surname – Necessary for communication and confirmation of registration, issuance of certificates of participation with EMC credits, transmission of information to the College of Dentists in Romania.
CUIM (Unique Identification Code of the Dentist) – required for registering EMC credits and reporting to CMSR
Professional category – for issuing certificates, different for each category, for participation in the event
The professional degree of the Dentist – in order to report to CMSR
The specialty – in order to report to CMSR
Email address – Required for pre- and post-event communication and registration confirmation
Phone number – Required for pre- and post-event communication and registration confirmation
County – optional, only with your consent, in order to filter proposed events for participation held in your county if you consent to marketing communications
Identification data and tax data required to pay the event registration fee
2. Purpose of personal data processing
The collection and processing of the mentioned personal data is carried out for:
Your registration as a participant in the chosen event
Communication by e-mail or phone with you regarding the details of participation in this event;
Issuance of certificates of participation;
Payment of the event participation fee;
Subject to your consent, the Organizer will also process the data for the purpose of informing about other events with a similar theme, projects carried out;
Preparation of legal documents for financial – accounting and anti-money laundering purposes.
3. Duration of processing for the main purpose
Personal data are stored according to the company’s Archival Nomenclature drawn up for each individual document/information which you can consult at the company’s headquarters or by a simple request to [email protected]

The organizer will implicitly communicate your data only to the partners with whom they organize this event.

Complaints
Any problem arising during the participation in the Congress must be communicated urgently to the TRANSILVANA SOCIETY OF ORTHOGNATIC SURGERY in order to be able to solve it in a timely manner. Also, any complaint must be made in writing to the location of the event, and a copy must reach the TRANSILVANA SOCIETY OF ORTHOGNATIC SURGERY within a maximum of 2 days from the completion of the service. All complaints will be investigated and an answer will be provided immediately after the complete analysis of the presented situation. The payment
No other payment methods are accepted than those presented on the Site and we do not assume any responsibility for the amounts of money sent by courier. In certain cases, your credit card details may be transferred to the Travel Service Provider. The relevant supplier will take payments for your bookings. Payments for hotels and participation fees are made in accordance with the paragraph above. If your booking is paid for by another person’s credit card, we reserve the right to require written authorization from that person. 3. Methods of payment
The travel documents related to the reservation (airline ticket, travel voucher or invoice) can be sent by e-mail, to the address entered at the time of booking, by post (to the address specified at the time of booking) or can be picked up directly from the premises our. Our consultants can always give you detailed information if needed.
4. Use of the Site
THE TRANSYLVANIA SOCIETY OF ORTHOGNATIC SURGERY is not responsible for the User’s skills to access or use the Site, nor for the failures generated by the lack of these skills.
