Prof. Dr. Dr. drhc Konrad Wangerin is a specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, with advanced studies and specialist training at German universities. After completing his studies in medicine and dentistry at the Universities of Münster, Cologne, TU Munich, and LMU Munich, he pursued his specialist training at the respective clinics for Oral, Maxillofacial, and Facial Surgery at LMU Munich and the University of Kiel, where he later became a senior physician. In 1990, he moved to the Clinic for Plastic Surgery at Marienhospital Stuttgart, and by 2002, he was the medical director of the Clinic for Oral, Maxillofacial, and Facial Surgery at the same hospital. He was awarded an honorary doctorate by the University of Cluj, Romania and led the the Clinic for Facial, Jaw, and Reconstructive Surgery at Paracelsus-Krankenhaus Ruit.
In 2014, he teamed up with Dr. Roman Beniashvili to open a joint practice in Schorndorf, Baden-Württemberg, focusing on Oral Surgery, Maxillofacial Surgery, and Implantology, including aesthetic medical services.
Prof. Wangerin is also a member of the German Society for Aesthetic Surgery (GÄCD)
