Colonel Dr. Liliana Moraru is an esteemed Primary Physician in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the “Dr. Carol Davila” Central Military Emergency University Hospital in Bucharest. She also holds the position of Associate Professor in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the “Titu Maiorescu” University, Faculty of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Moraru has a doctorate in Medicine from the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Faculty of Dentistry in Bucharest. She has a certificate in Health Services Management and has demonstrated leadership as the head of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Central Military University Emergency Hospital in Bucharest.
She has served as the Secretary of the Romanian Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from 2002 to 2004, and as the Secretary of the Specialty Commission within the Ministry of Health and Family, also from 2002 to 2004.
Her scholarly output includes 29 scientific papers published domestically and internationally, and she has presented over 55 scientific works both in Romania and abroad.
