Dr. Mariana Păcurar is a University Professor at the Discipline of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Faculty of Dental Medicine, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Science and Technology “G. E. Palade”, Târgu-Mureș.
She is also a Primary Physician in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, Head of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry-Orthodontics, UMF Tg. Mureș, and Head of the Clinic of Pediatric Dentistry, Tg. Mureș.
Since 2003, she has been teaching courses in Medical Management and Methodology of Scientific Research.
Has published over 10 books and 108 articles in international and national journals in the fields of orthodontics and general dentistry and is affiliated with professional societies such as the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry, AREO (Romanian Association for Excellence in Orthodontics), the American Orthodontic Society, and the European Orthodontic Society.
